नई दिल्ली । राष्ट्रीय राजधानी में लगातार फैलते कोरोना संक्रमण को देखते हुए दिल्ली में कर्फ्यू लागू कर दिया गया है। कर्फ्यू, बारिश और तेज सर्दी के बीच सड़कें बिल्कुल सुनसान हो गई हैं। सड़कों पर जगह-जगह पुलिस पहरा दे रही है। हमेशा व्यस्त रहने वाली दिल्ली की प्रसिद्ध जनपथ मार्केट सुनसान पड़ी है। एक ऑटो चालक ने बताया, “सुबह 6 बजे से सवारी का इंतज़ार कर रहा हूं लेकिन सवारी नहीं मिल रही। आज सवारी आएगी उसकी कुछ उम्मीद नहीं इसलिए मैं घर जा रहा हूं।” शुक्रवार रात से सोमवार सुबह तक कर्फ्यू लागू रहेगा। इस दौरान अगर कोई रेल या फिर विमान से यात्रा करने जा रहा है तो उसके पास यात्रा का टिकट होना आवश्यक है। अधिकारियों ने बताया कि आपातकालीन स्थिति में ही लोगों को अपने घरों से बाहर निकलने की अनुमति होगी। बाहर निकलने वालों को सरकार द्वारा जा री ई-पास या वैध पहचान पत्र प्रस्तुत करना होगा। अधिकारियों ने कहा कि बाजारों, सड़कों, कॉलोनियों और अन्य सार्वजनिक स्थानों पर कड़ी निगरानी रहेगी। अगर जरूरत पड़ी तो हम प्रवर्तन दस्तों की संख्या भी बढ़ाएंगे। अगर किसी को महत्वपूर्ण काम के लिए बाहर जाना है और अगर वह किसी भी छूट वाली श्रेणी में नहीं आता है, तो उसे दिल्ली सरकार द्वारा जारी ई-पास लेना होगा। ई-पास प्राप्त करने के लिए दिल्ली सरकार की वेबसाइट www.delhi.gov.in पर आवेदन करना होगा। इनके अलावा न्यायाधीशों, न्यायिक अधिकारियों, अदालत के कर्मचारियों, पत्रकारों और वकीलों को भी वैध पहचान पत्र, सेवा आईडी कार्ड, फोटो प्रवेश पास और अदालत प्रशासन द्वारा जारी अनुमति पत्र दिखाने पर यात्रा करने की अनुमति होगी। जिन अन्य लोगों को छूट दी गई है उनमें निजी चिकित्सा कर्मी जैसे डॉक्टर, नर्सिंग स्टाफ, पैरामेडिक्स और अस्पतालों, नैदानिक केंद्रों, परीक्षण प्रयोगशालाओं, क्लीनिकों, फार्मेसियों, दवा कंपनियों और वैध पहचान पत्र दिखाने पर चिकित्सा ऑक्सीजन आपूर्तिकर्ताओं से जुड़े लोग शामिल हैं। हवाई अड्डों, रेलवे स्टेशनों और अंतरराज्यीय बस टर्मिनस से आने या जाने वाले लोगों को वैध टिकट प्रस्तुत करने पर यात्रा करने की अनुमति होगी।(साभार)
