2,000 करोड़ रुपये जमा कराएं जेपी :सुप्रीम कोर्ट
नई दिल्ली (संवाददाता)। सुप्रीम कोर्ट ने विशाल रियल एस्टेट कंपनी जेपी इन्फ्राटेक को तगड़ा झटका देते हुए उसे 27 अक्टूबर तक न्यायालय में 2,000 करोड़ रुपये जमा कराने का निर्देश दिया। देश की सर्वोच्च अदालत ने जेपी के एमडी और दूसरे डायरेक्टरों को देश छोडऩे से मना कर दिया। सुप्रीम कोर्ट ने एनसीएलटी द्वारा गठित संस्था अंतरिम रेजॉलुशन प्रफेशनल्स (आईआरपी) को जेपी इन्फ्राटेक के प्रबंधन की जिम्मेदारी लेने को कहा। साथ ही, उसने आईआरपी को फ्लैट खरीददारों और देनदारों के हितों की रक्षा के लिए 45 दिनों के भीतर एक सामाधान योजना सौंपने का निर्देश दिया। कोर्ट ने कहा, हम होम बायर्स की दुर्दशा समझते हैं और यह इंसानों की बड़ी समस्या है। हम कंपनियों के हितों को लेकर चिंतित नहीं हैं, बल्कि हमें ईएमआई पे कर रहे मध्यवर्गीय घर खरीदारों की चिंता है। सुप्रीम कोर्ट ने ये निर्देश चित्रा शर्मा समेत 23 अन्य फ्लैट बायर्स की ओर से दाखिल याचिका की सुनवाई के दौरान दिए। जेपी के 35 हजार घर खरीदारों के सामने तब बड़ी समस्या खड़ी हो गई जब नैशनल कंपनी लॉ ट्राइब्यूनल (एनसीएलटी) ने 10 अगस्त को आईडीबीआई बैंक की उस याचिका को स्वीकार कर लिया जिसमें बैंक ने 526 करोड़ रुपये की बकाया राशि पर जेपी इन्फ्रा के खिलाफ इनसॉल्वंसी प्रक्रिया शुरू करने की मांग की गई थी। जेपी इन्फ्राटेक सड़क निर्माण और रियल एस्टेट बिजनस की बड़ी कंपनी है। इसी ने दिल्ली से आगरा तक यमुना एक्सप्रेसवे का निर्माण किया था। अभी इस कंपनी पर करीब 8,000 करोड़ रुपये का कर्ज है। इसमें अकेले आईडीबीआई बैंक का 526 करोड़ रुपया है।
