चमोली उत्तराखण्ड से केशर सिंह नेगी की रिपोर्ट
देश के प्रख्यात दार्शनिक एवं शिक्षाविद् भारतरत्न डा0 सर्वपल्ली राधाकृष्णन का जन्म दिवस सभी विद्यालयों में शिक्षक दिवस के रूप में मनाया गया। शिक्षक दिवस पर जीआईसी गोपेश्वर में आयोजित कार्यक्रम में मुख्य अतिथि जिलाधिकारी स्वाति एस भदौरिया ने डा0 राधाकृष्णन के चित्र का अनावरण किया और शिक्षा के क्षेत्र में उत्कृष्ट कार्य करने वाले शिक्षकों को प्रशस्ति पत्र एवं प्रतीक चिन्ह देकर सम्मानित किया गया। मौके पर छात्र-छात्राओं ने रंगारंग सांस्कृतिक कार्यक्रम प्रस्तुत किए। इस अवसर पर जिले के विकास कार्यो पर आधारित एवं सूचना विभाग द्वारा प्रकाशित ‘‘विकास पुस्तिका‘‘ का विमोचन भी किया गया। शिक्षक दिवस पर जिलाधिकारी ने सभी शिक्षकों को शुभकामनाऐं दी। उन्होंने कहा कि समाज के निर्माण में शिक्षकों की अहम भूमिका है। कहा कि शिक्षक देश का निर्माण और विकास करने के लिए बच्चों को तैयार करता है। बच्चे देश का भविष्य है और भविष्य की बागडोर शिक्षकों के हाथ में ही होती है। जिलाधिकारी ने कहा कि हर नागरिक का भवष्यि शिक्षण संस्थानों में ही तय होता है। उन्होंने शिक्षकों से बच्चों की शिक्षा के प्रति पूर्ण समर्पित होकर देश के भविष्य निर्माण में अपना अहम योगदान देने के लिए प्रेरित किया। इस मौके पर जिलाधिकारी ने शिक्षा के क्षेत्र में उत्कृष्ट कार्य करने वाले विभिन्न विद्यालयों के 45 शिक्षकों को प्रशस्ति पत्र, प्रतीक चिन्ह एवं शाॅल भेंटकर सम्मानित भी किया। मुख्य विकास अधिकारी हसांदत्त पांडे ने सभी शिक्षकों से छात्र-छात्राओं को व्यावसायिक शिक्षा के लिए भी प्रेरित करने की बात कही, ताकि शिक्षा पूरी करने के बाद हर किसी को जीवन में कुछ न कुछ करने का अवसर मिल सके। शिक्षक दिवस पर शिक्षा के बहुआयामी, क्रीड व स्काउट तथा विज्ञान के क्षेत्र में उत्कृष्ट कार्य करने वाले जिले के विभिन्न विद्यालयों के 45 शिक्षकों को सम्मानित किया गया। शिक्षक गम्भीर सिंह असवाल, गीमा डिमरी, बीरेन्द्र सिंह नेगी, रमेश चन्द्र सती, अनीषा थपलियाल, धर्मपाल सिंह रावत, टीपी सती, खीम सिंह कण्डारी, सुधीर कुमार ढोंढियाल, शिव सिंह नेगी, प्रेम सिंह फरस्वाण, विनोद प्रसाद सिलोड़ी, राजेश थपलियाल, महादेवी बिष्ट, दर्शन सिंह रावत, विनोद रौतेला, टीका प्रसाद सेमवाल तथा किरन कठैत को बहुआयामी क्षेत्र में पुरस्कृत किया गया। जबकि क्रीड व स्काउट तथा विज्ञान के क्षेत्र में उत्कृष्ट योगदान करने वाले शिक्षक गोपाल सिंह बिष्ट, मानवेन्द्र सिंह रावत, सुबोध डिमरी, महेश प्रसाद डिमरी, हेमवन्ती परमार, आत्म प्रकाश डिमरी, दिकपाल सिंह रावत, दीपान सिंह कण्डेरी, अजय कुमार सिंह नेगी, धनपति शाह, मनोज तिवारी, अयोध्या तिवारी, आदित्य नारायण पुरोहित, संजय कुमार, बीरेन्द्र सिंह नेगी, दिनेश भट्ट, रमेश चन्द्र मैठाणी, दीपा देवली, उमेश चन्द्र थपलियाल, सुशील कैलखुरा, भोला दत्त डिमरी, जमन सिंह राणा, रणवीर कन्याल, गजेन्द्र सिंह झिंक्वाण, मुकेश के साथ ही सेवानिवृत्त प्रधानाचार्य दर्शन सिंह बिष्ट एवं लाइब्रेरियन फकीर सिंह रावत को सम्मानित किया गया। कार्यक्रम का संचालन शिक्षक विजय पंथ ने किया। इस अवसर पर मुख्य शिक्षा अधिकारी एलएम चमोली, जिला शिक्षा अधिकारी(मा0) अशुतोष डिमरी, जिला शिक्षा अधिकारी(बे0) नरेश कुमार हल्दियानी, खण्ड शिक्षा अधिकारी डीएल टम्टा, जीआईसी के प्रधानाचार्य दीवान सिंह कण्डेरी, शिक्षक संघ के जनपदीय अध्यक्ष प्रदीप भण्डारी एवं मंत्री भगत कण्डवाल आदि उपस्थित थे।
