मुंबई (संवाददाता)। बॉम्बे हाई कोर्ट ने गुरुवार को रायन ग्रुप के मालिकों के देश छोडऩे पर रोक लगा दी है। हाई कोर्ट ने रायन इंटरनैशनल स्कूल के संस्थापक आगस्टिन फ्रैंसिस पिंटो, उनकी पत्नी व रायन ग्रुप की मैनेजिंग डायरेक्टर ग्रेस पिंटो और उनके बेटे रायन पिंटो को आज रात 9 बजे तक मुंबई पुलिस कमिश्नर के पास अपने पासपोर्ट जमा करने का आदेश दिया है। रायन पिंटो रायन ग्रुप के सीईओ हैं। पिंटो के वकील नितिन प्रधान ने हाई कोर्ट को बताया कि रायन पिंटो रायन इंटरनैशनल स्कूल को चलाने वाली संस्था के न तो ट्रस्टी हैं और न ही संस्थान के पेरोल पर हैं। वकील ने कोर्ट से पिंटो की संभावित गिरफ्तारी पर रोक लगाने की मांग की, हालांकि कोर्ट ने पिंटो परिवार की अग्रिम जमानत याचिका खारिज कर दी। हाई कोर्ट ने कहा कि उनकी (पिंटो परिवार) गिरफ्तारी पर शुक्रवार तक के लिए रोक लगाई जा सकती है बशर्ते कि वे अपने-अपने पासपोर्ट जमा करें। बता दें कि गुडग़ांव के भोंडसी स्थित रायन इंटरनैशनल स्कूल में दूसरी कक्षा में पढऩे वाले 7 साल के छात्र प्रद्युम्न की गला काटकर हत्या के बाद हरियाणा पुलिस रायन ग्रुप के कुछ अधिकारियों के पूछताछ कर रही है। इस हत्याकांड के बाद देशभर में अभिभावकों में आक्रोश है। पुलिस ने इस मामले में स्कूल बस के कंडक्टर और रायन ग्रुप के 2 अधिकारियों को गिरफ्तार किया है। दूसरी तरफ प्रद्युम्न का परिवार पूरे मामले की सीबीआई से जांच की मांग कर रहा है।
