विकासनगर(संवाददाता)। दीपावली पर्व के चलते बुधवार सुबह से ही क्षेत्र की अधिकांश एटीएम मशीनें कैश लेस हो गई। एकाध एटीएम पर कैश मिला। लेकिन, वहां लोगों की लंबी लाइनें लगी रही। मशीनों से रुपये न मिलने के कारण उपभोक्ता यहां-वहां भटकते दिखाई दिए। पिछले दिनों से ठीक-ठाक चल रही एटीएम मशीनों की हालत त्योहार शुरू होते ही बिगड़ गई है। धनतेरस के दिन ही कई एटीएम मशीनों पर कैश न होने का बोर्ड लगा दिया गया था। इसके बाद छोटी दीपावली के दिन भी लोगों को इस समस्या से दो चार होना पड़ा है। स्थिति यह रही कि एटीएम बूथ पर लोग आते और यहां पहले से मौजूद लोगों से इशारा करते हुए कैश होने की पूछते। लेकिन, उनको कैश न होने का जबाव मिलता। जिसके बाद लोग एक से दूसरे एटीएम की खाक छानते दिखाई दिए। एटीएम मशीनों में कैश न मिलने से लोगों में बैंकों के प्रति आक्रोश भी देखने को मिला। उपभोक्ता शरण सिंह, अमरदीप, सुनील कुमार, आरती, ममता आदि ने बताया कि हर त्योहार के दौरान लोगों को इस समस्या से परेशान होना पड़ता है। लेकिन, बैंक प्रबंधन इसके लिए पहले से कोई तैयारी नहीं करते। जिसका खामियाजा उपभोक्ताओं को भुगतना पड़ता है।
