देहरादून। मुख्यमंत्री श्री त्रिवेन्द्र सिंह रावत के प्रयासों से चमोली जनपद के सीमांत गांवों में मोबाईल कनेक्टिविटी पहुंच गई है। बुधवार को मुख्यमंत्री श्री त्रिवेन्द्र ने नीति घाटी के जुमा में लगे जियो टावर का वर्चुअल माध्यम से शुभारम्भ किया। जियो द्वारा सुकी में भी टावर स्थापित किया गया है। इससे लोगों को 4जी इन्टरनेट कनेक्टिविटी मिलेगी। मुख्यमंत्री श्री त्रिवेन्द्र सिंह रावत ने चमोली के सीमांत गांवों के लोगों को बधाई देते हुए कहा कि इस सेवा से प्रदेश के सीमान्त क्षेत्रों के लोगों को फायदा होगा। इससे सीमांत क्षेत्रों में व्यापार, उत्पाद एवं आॅनलाईन मैपिंग में भी लोगों को सुविधा होगी। इस सेवा से सीमांत क्षेत्रों में लोगों को आॅनलाईन आवेदन और विभिन्न कार्यों के लिए सुविधा होगी। सरकार द्वारा ईगर्वनेंस की दिशा में किये जा रहे कार्यों का भी सीमांत क्षेत्रों के लोगों को फायदा होगा। उन्होंने कहा कि इन्वेस्टर समिट के दौरान मुम्बई में मुकेश अंबानी से जियो की सेवा के लिए बात हुई थी। श्री अम्बानी ने कहा था कि उत्तराखण्ड में जो भी जियो की सेवा दी जायेगी, उसमें लाभ या कमर्शियल के हिसाब से नहीं सोचा जायेगा, देश के सीमांत क्षेत्रों तक सेवा पहुंचे, इसको ध्यान में रखते हुए उत्तराखण्ड के दूरस्थ क्षेत्रों में जियो की कनेक्टिविटी दी जायेगी। मुख्यमंत्री ने श्री मुकेश अम्बानी का भी आभार व्यक्त किया। नीति घाटी में लगे जियो के इन मोबाईल टावरों से जुमा, जेलम, काजा, गरपत, लौंग, टमक, बकरांसु, फागती, तोलमा, सुरई, सूकी मल्लागांव एवं लाटा गांव के लोगों को मोबाईल कनेक्टिविटी मिलेगी। 15 दिसम्बर 2020 तक 10 एवं मार्च 2021 तक सीमांत क्षेत्रों में जियो के 25 मोबाईल टावर लगाये जायेंगे। मार्च 2021 तक चमोली जनपद के अधकांश सीमांत गांव जियो की 4जी कनेक्टिविटी से जुड़ जायेंगे। इस 4जी कनेक्टिविटी से बातचीत के लिए बेहतर आॅडियो सिग्नल और हाई स्पीड इंटरनेट कनेक्टिविटी का लाभ मिलेगा। इस अवसर पर वर्चुअल माध्यम से सांसद श्री तीरथ सिंह रावत, बद्रीनाथ विधायक श्री महेन्द्र भट्ट, चमोली के भाजपा जिलाध्यक्ष श्री रघुवीर सिंह बिष्ट, मुख्यमंत्री आईटी सलाहकार श्री रवीन्द्र दत्त, जियो के स्टेट हैड श्री विशाल अग्रवाल, श्री अमरनाथ ठाकुर, श्री योगेन्द्र सिंह एवं स्थानीय जनप्रतिनिधि उपस्थित थे। सूचना एवं लोक सम्पर्क विभाग
