नई दिल्ली । पेट्रोल की कीमतें 2013 के बाद अपने उच्चतम स्तर 74.50 रुपए प्रति लीटर पर पहुंच गई हैं. वहीं, डीजल का भाव अब तक सबसे ऊंचा भाव है. सोमवार को डीजल 65.75 रुपए प्रति लीटर पर पहुंच गया है. आम आदमी पर बढ़ते बोझ को कम करने के लिए एक्साइज ड्यूटी में कटौती की मांग तेज हो गई है. सार्वजनिक तेल विपणन कंपनियां पिछले साल जून से रोजाना पेट्रोल-डीजल की कीमतें संशोधित कर रही हैं. सोमवार को पेट्रोल-डीजल की कीमतें 10-10 पैसे प्रति लीटर बढ़ा दी गई. इससे पहले रविवार को पेट्रोल-डीजल में 19-19 पैसे की बढ़ोतरी की गई थी. शनिवार को पेट्रोल में 13 पैसे और डीजल में 15 की बढ़ोतरी की गई थी. तीन दिन में पेट्रोल 42 पैसे और डीजल 44 पैसे महंगा हो चुका है.
दक्षिण एशिया में तेल भारत में सबसे महंगा-नई दरों के बाद दिल्ली में पेट्रोल की कीमत अब 74.50 रुपए प्रति लीटर पर पहुंच गई हैं, जो 14 सितंबर 2013 के बाद का उच्च स्तर है. तब पेट्रोल 76.06 रुपए प्रति लीटर पर पहुंच गया था. दक्षिण एशियाई देशों में भारत में पेट्रोल-डीजल की कीमतें सर्वाधिक हैं. देश में विपणन दरों में लगभग आधी हिस्सेदारी करों की है. वित्तमंत्री अरुण जेटली ने नवंबर 2014 से जनवरी 2016 के बीच उत्पाद शुल्क में 9 बार बढ़ोतरी की. उत्पाद शुल्क में महज एक बार पिछले साल अक्तूबर में दो रुपए प्रति लीटर की कटौती की गई.
चेन्नई में सबसे महंगा डीजल-पेट्रोल की बात करें तो देश की आर्थिक राजधानी मुंबई में पेट्रोल के दाम सबसे ज्यादा हैं. यहां कीमतें 82.35 रुपए प्रति लीटर पर पहुंच चुकी हैं. वहीं, डीजल के मामले में चेन्नई सबसे महंगा है. यहां डीजल की कीमतें 71.33 रुपए प्रति लीटर पहुंच चुकी हैं.
क्रूड की वजह से बढ़ रहे हैं दाम-पेट्रोल और डीजल के बढ़ते दामों की वजह अंतरराष्ट्रीय मार्केट में कच्चे तेल की बढ़ती कीमत है. अब इनके दाम हर दिन रिवाइज होते हैं. क्रूड ऑयल की कीमत जैसे-जैसे बढ़ती या घटती है, वैसे-वैसे पेट्रोल और डीजल भी महंगे या सस्ते होते जाते हैं. क्रूड के दाम 2014 के बाद अब तक सबसे ज्यादा है. क्रूड का आज का भाव 74.00 डॉलर प्रति बैरल पर पहुंच गया है. इसके अलावा, यूएस और यूरोपियन यूनियन की ओर से ईरान पर फिर प्रतिबंध लगाने की संभावना और सीरिया में बढ़ते संघर्ष से क्रूड की सप्लाई और कम हो सकती है. इससे क्रूड ऑयल की कीमतों में और इजाफा होने की आशंका बनती जा रही है.
