इस्लामाबाद । भारत और पाकिस्तान के बीच व्यापार को लेकर इमरान खान की कैबिनेट ने बड़ा फैसला लिया है। आर्थिक मामलों से जुड़ी कैबिनेट ने भारत के साथ ट्रेड को मंजूरी दी है। अब पाकिस्तान जून 2021 तक भारत से कपास का आयात करेगा। पाकिस्तान चीनी को लेकर भी जल्द फैसला ले सकता है और आयात पर मुहर लगा सकता है। पाकिस्तान चीनी की बढ़ती कीमतों और संकटों से जूझ रहे कपड़ा उद्योग को बचाने के लिए पाकिस्तान की इमरान खान सरकार ने भारत के साथ व्यापार की फिर से शुरू करने का फैसला लिया है। दोनों देशों में तनावपूर्ण रिश्तों के बीच यह पाकिस्तान का भारत के साथ संबंधों को सुधारने की दिशा में पहला बड़ा प्रयास है। पहले अगस्त 2019 में जम्मू-कश्मीर का विशेष दर्जा खत्म करने के बाद पाकिस्तान ने भारत के साथ रिश्ते को तोड़ लिया था। पाकिस्तान सरकार चीनी और कॉटन का आयात ऐसे समय पर करने जा रही है जब इन दोनों के लिए पाकिस्तान को काफी मशक्कत करनी पड़ रही है। इमरान खान ने पीएम मोदी को लिखा था पत्र
इस बीच पाकिस्तान के प्रधानमंत्री इमरान खान ने अपने भारतीय समकक्ष नरेंद्र मोदी को एक पत्र लिख कर कहा है कि जम्मू कश्मीर मुद्दा सहित दोनों देशों के बीच लंबित सभी मुद्दों का समाधान करने को लेकर सार्थक और नतीजे देने वाली वार्ता के लिए अनुकूल माहौल बनाना जरूरी है। खान ने यह पत्र पाकिस्तान दिवस के मौके पर पिछले सप्ताह प्रधानमंत्री नरेंद्र मोदी द्वारा उन्हें भेजी गई बधाइयों के जवाब में लिखा है। वहीं पीएम मोदी ने अपने पत्र में कहा था कि पाकिस्तान के साथ भारत सौहार्द्रपूर्ण संबंधों की आकांक्षा करता है, लेकिन विश्वास का वातावरण, आतंक और बैर रहित माहौल इसके लिए ‘अनिवार्यÓ है। प्रधानमंत्री मोदी के पत्र के जवाब में खान ने उनका शुक्रिया अदा किया और कहा कि पाकिस्तान के लोग भारत सहित सभी पड़ोसी देशों के साथ शांतिपूर्ण सहयोगी संबंध की आकांक्षा करते हैं। आतंक मुक्त माहौल पर खान ने कहा कि शांति तभी संभव है, यदि कश्मीर जैसे सभी लंबित मुद्दों का समाधान हो जाए। पाकिस्तान के प्रधानमंत्री ने 29 मार्च को लिखे पत्र में कहा, ‘हम इस बात से सहमत हैं कि खासतौर पर जम्मू कश्मीर विवाद जैसे भारत और पाकिस्तान के बीच लंबित सभी मुद्दों के समाधान पर दक्षिण एशिया में टिकाऊ शांति एवं स्थिरता निर्भर करती है।
